Villastaden, Beige

Villastaden is an Art Nouveau design from around 1900. The style was light and airy, and the favorite color was light green. The style strived for a new and youthful form of expression, drawn from influences such as Carl Larsson. In the Jugend patterns, the flowers are natural and wild, like the poppy in ”Villastaden”. The pattern has been in our wallpaper archive since the 1960s.
