Dellen, Green/Yellow

Dellen is inspired by the ancient art of stencil painting. Examples of stencil paintings can be found in medieval churches. In the 18th and especially the 19th centuries, it was a widely used technique for decorating the walls of residential buildings. Patterns varied across the country. In Hälsingland, the patterns were particularly bold with strong colours.
