Double Inky Stripe Wallpaper

The chic and sophisticated two tone stripe is one of the most popular handprinted watercolour designs from the collections of Dubai-based Australian artist and textile designer Georgia Macmillan. Double Inky Stripe is part of the textiles range titled The Bernalda Collection which was inspired by a southern Italian town in the Basilicata region. Great inspiration was sought from Palazzo Margherita – a grand and dreamy 19th century palazzo owned and operated by Francis Ford Coppola and his Family. It was overcast when she stayed which is represented in the watercolour palette of deep inky ocean blues and steely greys.
